41 acres of land on Banks Road is selling and asking to be re-zoned from county agricultural land to City residential land. This road is already very busy, yet it still contains an amount of privacy that people who live here love!
Not only with 41-acres worth of neighborhoods be extremely noisy and detrimental to traffic on Banks Road, but it will take away the sense of privacy to all residents living on and right off of Banks Road. I live in a 1900 farmhouse on Banks Road and don't want to see our history being swept away along with our privacy for more houses and traffic lights!
Sign this petition to conserve the some of the land that keeps Fayetteville from becoming a big city. Keep the land agricultural and keep the traffic out of Banks Road!

I own a home on Allenwood Rd off of banks. I stand behind this petition to keep this land agricultural. The current setting is what sold me on buying my home with the country setting as well as being close to everything as if I'm in 2 different settings. Traffic is already bad enough when going shopping at the pavilion having been slammed into my vehicle by another vehicle which cost me my car due to the person saying "she didn't see me...this took place in front of the fire department...how do you not see a big blue hummer..my car was totaled . We don't need anymore extra traffic as well as the other factors with crime as well as other things if this was to happen I will sell my home. Please hear our pleas. Thank you a concerned home owner and veteran.
We need to think long and hard about this changing city. We will be like every other overgrown area if we don't stop this madness. Please preserve our history.
Please keep our road (Banks Road) private and zoned as agricultural. We do not need additional traffic or housing that will ultimately have a negative impact on the environment and the wildlife that currently thrive in that area.
Please keep Banks Road private...so much in Fayetteville has been turned into commercial properties. My grandparents lived at the end of Banks Rd that comes out onto 85 for many years with a full front yard of pecan trees-already congested let's not make it worse.
please no more on banks road. I live on the corner of Hidden Valley and banks there is a wreak on this end almost everyday! We all know how dangerous the turn @ banks and Ellis is.

As a resident of Allenwood Rd this would be a nightmare with traffic if it was re-zoned. Its already dangerous enough to turn left off Allenwood Rd onto banks. Very concerned!! Please don't re-zone.
