The scale of this response confirms the community mandate for legal action against the current management contract. I am preparing to present these terms to the board and will request a formal review of the fee structure by the end of the week.

a sorry state of affairs - the board clearly overlooked their responsibility to insure a quorum with the consequence that NO business could be transacted and Mgmt & Assoc either by lack of knowledge or mistakenly allowed an increase before conducting a legal meeting.
This situation for the neighborhood could have been easily avoided if all parties had followed the rules - DUH

This is shocking to us!! I felt the switch from an Annual payment to Quarterly payments for HOA dues this year was set up TO deceive the homeowner. Personal opinion.

Being one of the three, I also sent a letter of concern and complaint to Manage & Assoc., and as a past board member I fully support and endorse the petition for all changes.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Dept. is capable of protecting our neighborhood and therefor no need for additional expenses here.

Agree and appreciate your time and effort to take action. Notices re: trash cans and sidewalk cleaning is a waste, send an email and use the funds to clean all sidewalks. Note: Deliveries have been stolen from front door and neighbors home. Financial statements definitely need to be provided to HOA members.

You have highlighted some of the issues we have seen in the 34 years we have lived here. we use the dog park and the fence has been damaged for months and the protective mulch for the kids gym sets is non existent and a hazard to kids playing among many other things.

The park looks the worse I have ever seen it. The tennis court wind screens have been torn for months, the door doesn't work, the lawn people do not keep the park clean. The grass is brown and full of weeds. The palm shrubs are full of weeds. Don't mind paying more in fees but I expect the community to look good. Where is the money going?

Lot 50. Seems fair for the community to vote on any larger increases.
