We just bought our home in the neighborhood 5 weeks ago, and already things we were told are turning out to be false. Not happy!
The apartment complex would be a good benefit in town. We sure don't need apartments by one of the best housing additions in Goddard.
Where is our Mayor in all of this? She lives in our community as well.
Find a different place for multifamily housing. This needs to stay single family.
This is opposite of what we were told when we bought this house 7 months ago... We are not pleased

We just bought our home here in June. We ruled out similar homes in another town due to the multi-family housing adjacent to them. We were told that single family homes would be built in the area of concern. We are extremely worried about the economic impact this will have on our family due to the loss of property value we will face.
