I am a Knox County property owner and stand against all of the development of our areas farmlands. It is what makes our area desirable. If growth co to use as it is, soon there will be no rural farmlands in the area!

Stop building apartments/houses. Grocery stores are having to expand and right now it's a disaster trying to get in and out of there The schools are full. The kids are sitting 3 to a seat already on the bus

There are many communities closer to town in dire need of renewing - our rural areas are precious and do not have the infrastructure to maintain this exponential growth so many developers are determined to facilitate to the detriment of our county.

194 apartments will be a possible 384+ vehicles. Pleasant hill road barely has enough room to pass another vehicle and not to mention 50% of the vehicles that travel this road are doing 40 to 50 mph.

I am not in favor of building apartments or townhouses of this magnitude but would rather see single family homes instead. This location is not favorable to support such a large number of additional automobile traffic currently being requested by this developer.

Please do not ruin East Knoxville by overcrowding it even more than an it already is, especially without having places for these people to go to school and grocery shop which is not developed yet. The school that is less than a mile from this proposed build is already using portables!

Concerned about the additional strain on infrastructure and the added traffic congestion.

Our community cannot hold anymore people. Our traffic has doubled in the last year. Everywhere you look you see new construction. We’re being overdeveloped and it’s pushing the locals out. The schools are packed. The roads are congested. I’ve see the number of homeless/walking individuals along the highway drastically increase this summer. You’re turning what was once a peaceful, family community into another Farragut. Keep this stuff on the west end of town. We don’t want it.
