All our grandparents have nothing at all,all that they worked hard for their last strength,all because of the thieves, we are all hurt in the same way, i won't judge anyone i won't decide anything but than if "NO BAIL" is a solution to all our problems/to release stock theft than im in with it. The man in this case is a habitual offender and therefore cannot be released on bail.

Case number CR 2-8-2020, we would like to Petition for no bail to be granted to the accused on 22/09/2020 in Karibib Court Stock theft in Otjimbingue and surrounding areas have increase,, This accused is not the first time to appear in Court for the same case, we feel this time NO BAIL FOR THE SUSPECTS AT ALL.

In the case number CR2-8-2020, we would like to petetion for no bail to be granted to the accused on 22/09/2020 in the Karibib Court. Stock theft in Otjimbingwe and areas around Otjimbingwe has increased drastically and we as the community feel that the police is not doing enough to curb crime. Many-a-times culprits are caught and let go and this is not fair because the victims never get refunded for the loss of their livestock.

I'm against any attempts for the court to grant any bail to stock theft offenders , this may contribute to mental disorders among farmers. No bail should be granted to offenders like Kauami

To whom it may concern: We the community of Erongo Region we hereby urge the Magistrate Court/Erongo Commissioner not to give any bail to person/s who steal Cattle/Sheep/Goat's or any type of animal. We're really drained by thieves who doesn't want to stop . They received bail and go steal again. LET'S STOP STOCK THEFT TOGETHER ! Enough is enough. I thank you.
