On 04/09/25 during a joint operation by Nampol , ONP , OCPA , Kyani Anti poaching and Onyati Anti poaching 2 suspects were arrested on the B1 approximately 85km South of Otjiwarongo while they were busy with their STOCKTHEFT activities . One suspect is still at large after fleeing.

The meat of 1 ox was recovered from them as well as 1 unlicenced rifle fitted with a home made silencer , live rounds of ammunition several spent cases and skinning equipment . The Polo they were driving did not have any number plates fitted , there were 2 different sets of number plates recovered hidden beneath one of the floor mats .

Both Gregorius Noabeb (40) and David Garoeb (35) jy has been arrested in 2023 on CR121/09/2023 ( Gregorius Noabeb and David Garoeb) on similar offences .Cr 35/09/2024 Crm 1460/2024 Stock theft at farm Kakewa of Mr Augustinus Uiseb (David Garoeb) Cr 26/09/2025(Gregorius Noabeb and David Garoeb)

This repetition of similar crimes goes to show the lack of respect that these individuals have for the values we build our community on .

With this petition we explore our judicial system to oppose bail and keep them locked up untill such time that they will stand trial to answer for crimes committed .

This habitual behavior is causing havoc not only on our farming community , but to our whole Namibian nation .

Please sign this petition and let's be heard as proud and united Namibians !

Farmers are the provider for food and meat. Stocktheft is killing the farmindustry and less and less people will get jobs on farms. This is a domino effect. Dishonesty at any workspot as well as theft, in this case stocktheft, should be punished on the highest level.

I’m a victim of stock theft 8 years ago. The case is still ongoing due to judicial botching. One wonders if it is purposely delayed.

We in Omaruru have the same problem. As an officer of the law we experience the same as Otjiwarongo.

Please Please if possible provide more training to the Namibian Police Force to do a far better investigation and report so those culprits may stay behind bars
