Petition to Deny Bail for Assault and Repeat Offenders in Greyton
We, the undersigned, stand united in our request to deny bail to four individuals recently arrested for their involvement in the assault on Mr. Chalmers Nolte.
Granting them bail would pose a serious threat to the safety and wellbeing of Greyton’s residents. We believe that allowing them back into our community is a risk we cannot afford to take.
We call upon the court to take the necessary steps to ensure these individuals remain in custody until their trial. Together, we can protect our town and prevent further harm.

Look at these numbers climbing up so fast it makes my head spin a bit but we really need a big push now to hit that hundred mark before the weekend starts. If you could just blast this out to someone new right now it would be huge because I honestly think we can get there if we just keep this momentum going instead of letting it fizzle out.

People who brutally attack the elderly don’t deserve freedom. I have an elderly Gran and Mom who drive around in the town regularly. Please keep them safe.
I absolutely agree that no bail be granted for the four perpetrators who carried out the assault on Mr Nolte who is aged and lives alone.
These criminals target the vulnerable, frail elderly people of Greyton who cannot defend themselves. They need to be kept in custody, as they are aggressive and the next person targeted might not survive a brutal attack by these three youths
It is essential that bail is not granted, for the good of the Village as a whole, and for the good of the youngsters involved. It is a difficult situation but enough is enough... We did not settle in this once peaceful little Village to feel threatened and under seige by anyone, let alone youngsters.
I visited Chalmers Nolte this afternoon and am horrified at the attack that took place and his wounds. These attackers do not deserve any leniency.

Mr. Chalmers Nolte is my Uncle. He is a peaceful man who didn't deserve this horrific treatment. The perpetrators need to be accountable. They CANNOT receive bail!!!
