The majority of the surrounding cities and towns allow backyard fowl, why wouldn’t a rural farming community?
Backyard chicken raising is trending and Ripon should step up to current times.
They don't really bother neighbors. But the ones who have them might share they're eggs with the neighbors.
I wish to raise chickens in a way I know is humane and to supply my immediate household with a more sustainable, homegrown source of eggs.
Take a look at what other cities have set up for regulations and permitting. I would love to raise pullets again.
I hope Ripon WI can see the benefits of allowing us backyard chickens!

Chickens are great back yard pets. Great for learning responsibility for little ones and teaches you where your food comes from.
