Access control and improved security at las colinas golf & country club

As owners of Las Colinas we want to live in a more secure environment.
Currently there are a lot of break-in's in several houses and there's a lack of security and access control
As owners we suggest some major changes to improve security:
-Owners use a badge at the entrance of the resort. other owners are registered using their ID, name and their purpose of visit is registered. Extra security control from 21PM until 7AM for people entering or leaving the resort.
-Regular visitors of las colinas golf should be prevented to access the living areas. This access should be limited to owners via a badge, code or remote control. Maybe we need an extra barrier just behind the roundabout of the clubhouse?
-More camera's on the resort to improve security. Also camera's at each community but also at some dark areas and the green zones.
-People from security should not only guard in the streets but also around the house itself to detect and prevent break-in. Owners can distribute a key of their gates.
-All people working at las colinas and their subcontractors should be registered with ID, name and should have an evidence of good behavior. Also provide a badge to identify them.
-We want a way to connect the alarm system of the houses to the security of las colinas without the need to subscribe to expensive plans. Most alarms can call out via a simple SMS, phone call or a push notification. This is important to ensure immediate action is taken in case an alarm is activated.

I have requested a formal meeting with the resort management to present our proposal for badge access and enhanced perimeter surveillance. We are currently compiling the documentation regarding recent security incidents to provide as evidence during these discussions.

Security is a concern, I have a lot of money invested in the estate and my intention is to continue purchasing properties. Therefore security is a huge concern for me giving I am not always on the estate. Thank you for considering my comments
We support the petition but question : what about guests renting a villa/appartment ? They are temporary guests : ID identification can be a problem ? And what about all the workers at the different building areas,..
I completely agree ... But ...Security is a difficult issue in such a Domain ... considered as "half-private" ... Security organisation and control tools should be deeply analysed in order to avoid inefficient solutions and investments. "Best practices" should be researched in similar Domains... TIPUANA 2E
I agree security needs to be improved. I would suggest providing every owner access to a security system where they have to register their car licence plate. Security should then only give access to registered cars (they have the possibility to scan every licence plate at the entrance). This should avoid lots of illegal presence in the resort.
Adelfa 14 We had a attempt of burglary in summer of 2018 at 3:30 am. Very scary for my wife who was there alone at that moment.
I have also been burgled because the security and access control isn't good enough

We were burgled at our house in Tipuana - security needs to be stronger both at the main gate and around the communities.
