With the recent increase in robberies in our community, we residents of Mansion Grove no longer feel safe in our gated community.
We are extremely disappointed to hear that the Management Team at Mansion Grove has not been proactive in pursuing solutions to ensure its residents safety.
We believe it is a threat to our physical safety that the person or people involved in these incidents are (1) committing these acts during daylight, and (2) finding a way into Mansion Grove to seek shelter while trying to avoid law enforcement.
We the residents of Mansion Grove come together and request that the Management Team of Mansion Grove install CCTV Cameras in our community (at main entrances and/or exit points).

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many neighbors have stepped forward to back this request. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined our community would come together this quickly to demand safer streets.

I had my cycle parts stolen from the garage - I spoke to the management who offered little help.
Security needs to be beefed up- the word is out. Know at least 5 people who refused to stay at Mansion Grove because of the security issues.
YES! I have made multiple requests to management and they will not do this because it increases Prometheus' liability. Maybe 1000 voices will change their minds
CCTV is a must for safety as all entrance veneues can be easily breached and tailgated by miscreants
I am staying in mansion grove from 2009. Earlier security/watch man used to watch night times. But from last 1 or 2 years I am not seeing security people. So we recommend to have CCTV cameras. Otherwise have 2 or 3 security guys who can watch allover the night.
Please install the cameras to ensure safety. Strongly support this. Our car was stolen,things were taken from apartment and now mailbox was broken into.
Management Team, Incidents are increasing day by day and MG is no more secured. Please install Cameras and take other initiatives to secure this community.

The bikes just keep disappearing - the last time the thieves even disassembled the bike stand to get it. Maybe a camera or a bike locker will help.
