Access control and improved security at las colinas golf & country club

I most certainly endorse the desire to live in Las Colinas in a secure environment. As it is the management of Las Colinas in many ways should live up to its own label of award winning resort. In my view merely increasing the security manpower without a thorough professional screening of the security problem will be to little avail considering amongst other things the vastness of the site and the fact that a large number of the houses are left unoccupied during large periods of the year. I wonder what the present security cost amounting to nearly 500.000 EUR is composed of?

Axel. First of all, thank you for your proposal. I fylly agree. Of course, Las Colinas Security is an unquestionable point of improvement that we have been claiming every year at the Yearly Meetings LO SASTRE. Unfortunately we have had little success to date. Don´t forget that we pay almost 500.000 € annually in Security. I encourage all the owners of all the Communities residents in Las Colinas to send in advance your proposals / concerns to your Presidents / Administrators, so that they can formally present and defend them at the next General Meeting, which will be held on the next 29th. of March 2.019.   On the other hand, I think it's a very positive initiative to create or use a Forum like this so that all the owners of Las Colinas are united, and we can use it as a flexible and simple communication channel to share our concerns, suggestions, experiences and help each other to solve the most critical problems of the day to day. I agree with the petition, to examine and to improve our security. Maybe they cost a lot, but I also think we pay per entity appr 25 to 30 euro per month ( is that a lot ) ? And there will be many legal obstructions. Eulen will never have the right to control the cars, or even to control the ID, I think. As LC is a public area. Public area nearly as big as San Miguel , with 1500 entities. Each villa with alarm Directly Linked to Eulen guard, and each community wit his OWN protection would be an improvement. Me and my wife have been living all year round at Las Colinas since July 2010. Safety has at times been very poor. We fully support Axel Sergers initiatives.

Fully agree - with what we pay we should get more security - more cameras ?

Although I agree with this petition; I doubt that the burglars enter Las Colinas by car via the main gate.
