This patition seeks to validate the need to impliment a Controlled Access system for our community to minimize and eradicate crime.
Such as:
(Hijack, Stolen Vehicles, House Breaking & Pedestrian attacks)
Affecting: RSV Ext. 66A, 68, 69A&B, 35, Herons, Cranes & Eagles.
Our mission and goal is to keep our community as safe a possible.

The volume of support has now reached a level that forces the local municipal planning office to acknowledge our proposal. I am currently finalizing the formal request for a site meeting to review the structural requirements for the controlled access points.

We need access control around the area, I am a victim of a car theft from my house... Locked gate and Boundary wall... Neighbors cctv was compromised... Tracker was unable to find any lead from theft... Extra security measures are mandatory
We are tired of the crime rate that has just increased in the year 2024. Access control can help reduce the crime rate.
We are not feeling safe. About 2 years ago my home was broken into. This year alone in Riverside more than 10 cars have been stolen. In less than 2 months. That is unacceptable.
Our car was stolen therefore it is not safe at Riverside view, we need this control access, for the sake of our life and our assets safety
The is a need for access control because they are cutting the logs on the gates to gain access in our yard.The crime is getting worse by the day.

It must happen sooner..... Back road must be closed at 22:00 and be open at 05:00
