We, the undersigned residents of Victoria Garden, hereby request that the management of Victoria Garden undertake a review of the lift service between the Lower Ground Floor of the apartment complex and the Ground floor. We desire that the car park lift lobbies be fitted with lift buttons that will allow residents to call the lift whether it is going down or up. We request that the electronics of the lift be refitted to provide this option as soon as is possible. If such a provision can not be made, we request that the management explain fully in writing why the requested modifications are not possible.
