Dear 180 residents on floors 18+,
This is a petition to request the MyEquity Management for 180 Riverside keep elevator banks PE1 and PE2 as HIGH-RISE ONLY and prioritize fixing PE1.
This request would entail MGMT halting all future construction plans for elevator bank PE2 unless those plans are required as a safety measure as per local government building code. For reference, PE1 is the elevator that has been out of service for nearly a year. PE2 is the elevator that is currently in service. However MGMT is planning to take PE2 out of service soon after PE1 comes back online.
We, the residents of 180 Riverside Blvd on floors 18+, urge you to consider the limited accessibility that this ongoing construction has inflicted on our daily routines and the daily frustrations we have endured.
We all pay a premium to live in a luxury building at 180. We also pay a premium to live on higher floors. However, high-rise residents have consistently experienced very long wait times for the elevator for the larger part of the past year--and that's if we can even get in; often we have to wait for the same elevator to go back and forth once or twice.
We feel our concerns have been dismissed or ignored, and would like our collective voice heard and this matter addressed immediately.

MyEquity Management has ignored our daily struggles for long enough but this massive surge in support proves they cannot hide from us anymore. We are done waiting around while they force us into these ridiculous elevator lines. They need to stop their reckless construction plans and finally prioritize the residents they are failing.

Waited 10 minutes for a packed elevator yesterday, Uber cancelled by the time I got downstairs and I although I left 10 minutes early I was still late.
I’m glad someone is organizing this. The building presents itself as luxury and white glove and is anything but.
What about we make a petition to change GM! My wife and I have been living here for more than 6 years and Marco is just not the right person for this building We pay premium and we get mediocre All comments need to be sent to [email protected], she is Marco boss and I am not sure she is aware of what is happening in 180
Is not only the elevator, is the dirty carpet, the insane amount of trash coming out of the freight elevator to C2 level, the short staff, and exceeded Rubs fees!

Glad to see this petition -- thank you, organizers. The elevator situation is at best an everyday nuisance and at worst a very dangerous liability. We have waited 15-20 minutes for elevators on some occasions when it was not possible to take the stairs.
