We, the undersigned residents of Equipoint, are deeply concerned about the recent increase in security issues within our building. Incidents such as trespassing, smoking in communal areas, and the theft of parcels (among other things) have created an unsafe environment. We believe that these problems require immediate and effective action.
Therefore, we request the implementation of 24/7 security services in our building to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. Round-the-clock security will:
- Deter unauthorised entry and trespassing
- Provide an immediate response to any suspicious activity
- Help prevent theft and other criminal behaviour
- Ensure that residents feel safe in their homes at all times
We believe that 24/7 security personnel in premises is a necessary measure to protect our property and peace of mind. We urge the managing agency to take this request seriously and act in the best interests of the residents.

There should be a Concierge in place 24/7 as sometimes you see some boys smoking by the stairs. We also can’t receive delivery in the building anymore when you’re at work because the parcel gone missing or returned.
247 security is needed too many times we see our safety at risk by people who want to break in, create mess, steal or threaten tenants who live here. Centric must take full responsibility in providing security to their clients!
These non-residents enter through force occasionally by forcing the external doors open.
A flat this big needs a security guard! The fact that the elevator has not broken down once since the security was here says everything as Centrick tried to blame the residents for it. Also its much safer with security than without as non residents enter the building to knock on doors or even try to open doors.
We really need this to be sorted ASAP as it is unsafe for every resident. I am regretting renewing my lease, might look into moving out earlier than anticipated if these issues persist.

I had a first hand experience of this criminal act in the building. I moved recently and my office chair was stolen as I was packing my stuff into the room using the back lift
