Stop spending CAM money on renovation of Gym and Courts
As our Clubhouse sports and gym facilities are being overused by a select few who play and exercise for long hours which demands expensive renovations and upkeep through the public CAM. The owners have signed this petition to register their disapproval of the current state of affairs, and request paid access to facilities like Gym,Badminton, Tennis and Squash courts, Swimming pool, Billiards. The request is pay as per use. Residents pay depending on number of hours usage.Idea is to separate Club house facilities budget from other Common Budget.
This will bring our CAM down and people will use the facility more responsibly

We should come together
It is important to reduce our CAM and question all unnecessary expenditure
monthly charges be charged from people who wants utilise these facilities.
management committee is making decisions on using pur CAM money which is not acceptable. I want to pay CAM for its desired purpose only. I want CAM should be reduce and spend wisely for the society work.
please follow bye laws and what is in sale deed
Expenses need not be shared by non users.
Club House facility is for all to have some exercise not for few to spend long time. No time is recorded no names are recorded and no method of fixing slot.

The club house facilities were mentioned in sale deed on paid basis. I would like to exercise my right to pay CAM for all the common area except club house facilities. I will pay for their usage if I need them. I want to reduce my CAM.
