Stop spending CAM money on renovation of Gym and Courts
As our Clubhouse sports and gym facilities are being overused by a select few who play and exercise for long hours which demands expensive renovations and upkeep through the public CAM. The owners have signed this petition to register their disapproval of the current state of affairs, and request paid access to facilities like Gym,Badminton, Tennis and Squash courts, Swimming pool, Billiards. The request is pay as per use. Residents pay depending on number of hours usage.Idea is to separate Club house facilities budget from other Common Budget.
This will bring our CAM down and people will use the facility more responsibly

Club house, gym, swimming pool, play courts budget and expenses needs to be separated now. With almost full occupancy of PSN, one can see only very few people always use or occupy the facilities. Rest of us keep paying for the maintenance, repairs, modernisation and all related expenses. This is not fair that all pay and very few use them. Therefore now it is time that all such facilities needs to be pay and use, earn from its usage and investment it for maintenance and modernisation of such.
As per terms and conditions agreed in the Registered Sale Deed of my apartment, use of Club House facilities is on payment basis. I agree to pay only for the respective Club House facility which I avail of. As per terms and conditions stated in the Registered Sale Deeds, CAM charges are to be worked out for common areas, except for Club House facilities.
The club house facilities were mentioned in sale deed on paid basis. I would like to exercise my right to pay CAM for all the common area except club house facilities. I will pay for their usage if I need them. I want to reduce my CAM.
Coz there r other important issues to be looked into.
