Hire back Irving, Diamond and Ganesh!
Our beloved staff Irving, Diamond and Ganesh were fired suddenly on Monday, August 10th. The three of them have been one of the best parts of living at 50 N 5th. They have consistently gone above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming environment.
Rose Management has blamed this decision on "providing a stronger resident experience and higher standard of service" but has not been transparent with what this actually means.
Rose Management refuses to hold a meeting with the residents to discuss this issue further.
It is clear that management does not take resident feedback seriously as we are only RENTERS. However, we are the ones actually living at 50 N 5th and we deserve to have a say.
Irving, Diamond and Ganesh are real people with families and they have been treated abhorrently. Let's come together as a community at 50 N 5th and show Rose Management that people matter more than profit.

There was no communication with residents as to why our front door staff completely changed over - they are key to why we moved into this place!
Irving, Diamond, and Ganesh were all such a great and integral part of my experience and enjoyment of living at 50 North 5th! They were wonderful at welcoming me to the building when I first moved in, and I would be upset to not see them back.
I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the decision to let go of the concierge staff. They have been with the building for years and have consistently done their jobs without issues. The building’s decline began after Rose Management took over. I am disgusted and deeply disappointed by this decision. Rose’s two-star rating speaks volumes and their contract should be terminated.
The former front desk staff were exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents and community. Their level of care and service is a major reason many residents are so concerned about these changes. At the same time, I have concerns regarding management’s reduction in front desk coverage, inconsistent employee scheduling practices, diminished package assistance, and the impact of single-person coverage on building access and security
They are good employees .they are like family after all these years. Great service and very professional We need them around Thank you

New people haven’t been the greatest when it comes to providing services especially in the morning—no coffee, no note, no communication.

I honestly can’t believe we’re even having to ask for this. Ganesh, Diamond, and Irving have been such an important part of our community at 50 N 5th. They’re the people who are always there when you need help, whether it’s with a package, a delivery, a lockout, or simply a friendly smile.They’ve gone above and beyond for residents day after day, and their hard work and dedication should not go unnoticed. Bring them back . ROSE NEED TO GO
