Ganesh,Diamond,Irving are incomparable they are the foundation of the building. Found out its qcs bit*h Ayadelkis Felipe 3473376064 who fire our beloved staff. Guys this beast i saw in the lobby trainin new staff in the afternoon. Rose had alot in this decision that why they send us a vague email,Ayadelkis need to fired stop bullying staff .Hold rose accountable. Ownership need to get involved. What an injustice let the truth prevail. Bring back IrvingGaneshDiamond. 50n 5th is a shelter now.

Ganesh, Diamond, and Irving (and Corey) were the best part of living in 50 N 5th. I loved coming home to our apartment and getting the nicest welcome from these amazing people. They made our home feel so warm!

Rose is a joke. Been here almost a decade and now on my third management company here. These guys are absolute clowns. Wasting money on those absolutely hideous murals while staffing the front desk with overwhelmed randoms. Good luck finding packages.

I hope rose associates fall right down. You chose to get rid of staff who works under pressure and handle the building with the highest service Ganesh, Diamond, Irving rose did this to save money hiring temps and pay cheap who knows nothing about the building are you serious. We pay over $6000 rent.
These temp don't know who is tenants and guest they don't stop anyone at the desk. This is a hotel now. I hope Diamond, Ganesh, Irving come together and file a lawsuit. Lawyers lives in the build

The reason why I renewed my lease here is because of diamond ganesh Irving. The service to us is exceptional, they go above and beyond. Service decline when rose took over. I get to understand the 3rd party QCS blaming rose.

Irving, Diamond and Ganesh are the reason this building is special. Without them, I’ll most likely leave at the end of my term. I want to have a personal relationship with the people downstairs (1) because I like them (2) because it makes me feel safe and (3) because by knowing us, they also give a 100x customer experience. Irving, Ganesh and Diamond are the biggest reason to live here. They take this building from being a place I sleep to being a home. With them as part of our community I’d be 5x more likely to renew and stay in the building for years to come. This move by management is, for the first time since I moved in, making me consider leaving.
Bringing them back is not only the right thing to do, it’s also in management’s own financial interest since every resident loves them. Please make this right!
