There is a pressing situation with one of our neighbors in the building 100 Woodruff Ave.
Ginger Ging-Dwan Boyd, who has been a rent paying tenant since December 2018, has been threatened with an eviction notice (notice to quit) by the lawyers representing Parkway Realty.
Ginger has attempted to sign a new lease for her current apartment and has been ready and willing to pay rent to Parkway Realty for months. Parkway's communication with her has been either hostile or manipulative. Representatives of Parkway Realty have been harassing Ginger, and broke into Ginger’s apartment unannounced in an attempt to illegally evict her. Safety and privacy is a main concern of everyone in the building. It is disconcerting that management would employ representatives who would use these tactics and treat our neighbors this way.
During an unprecedented time in our city, everyone has felt the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is confusing, capricious, and unconscionable for Parkway Realty to evict a tenant who wants to sign a lease and pay rent ASAP during this time. We, the undersigned tenants of 100 Woodruff Ave. ask that Parkway Realty reconsiders these actions and resolves the conflict with our neighbor by offering her a lease in her current apartment.

Ginger deserves a fair treatment and it doesn't look like you have given her that. Illegally breaking in during covid 19? Evicting her during covid 19? I'm sure you wouldn't like someone treating your daughter this way.
It is unacceptable that you're trying to evict Ginger Boyd during a pandemic. Where is your common decency??
