YRCE1347 Special Assessment and Condo fee Increase
The property management and the board of YRCECC1347 Corporation issued a special assessment due to a deficit and charged all the homeowners to pay $700 to rectify the deficit in the corporation due to a problem in the bulk metering water bill since spring 2019 and other undefined common element expenses. The property management didn't provide solid answers, facts or numbers but just a general reply.
In addition to a 35% sudden increase to the condo fee!!!
In order to rectify this issue, a requisition meeting is the only way to properly discuss this issue in details and re-elect the board in order to have at least TWO homeowners on the board to do a proper investigation.
As homeowners, we should unite and decide what best work for us and not anyone else.
