I definitely support this

I agree with other home owner's concern regarding the unjustified increase in the management fee and extra $700 fee. We need visibility into the the reason and use of the increased fees and accountability from the management.

Without representatives from owners, there is no way to monitor how the funds we contributed are expenses to the best interest of home owners.

Unreasonable raise of 70% management fee

All of us as a homeowner knows the problem comes from the property management. But consider this point, we are not participate in the annual meeting that hold in Fall each year. Last year I have been there just 10 homeowner show up from 149 homeowner. When the property management company see nobody care about what's going on, they do everything they want. All homeowner HAVE TO participate in annual meeting and share their concern and request. We have to contribute, unless otherwise we should follow them, please please attend in annual meeting each year. Sean

$700 each x 149 houses = $104,300 plus 35% increase in monthy fee, that's $32x12x149= $57,216. Why management needs so much money when everyone works from home?

The $700 is coming from nowhere and the increasing of the fee doesn’t make sense.
