We, the unit owners and residents of Spring Residences, strongly object to the ₱31.5M Special Assessment imposed through Circular No. 2026-077 without proper general membership approval and quorum under the Condominium Act.
Management has also failed to release the Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and proper bidding records to justify why regular association dues cannot cover these expenses, while unjustly threatening penalties.
We demand:
An immediate freeze on special assessment billings and penalties.
Full release of Audited Financial Statements and financial transparency.
A Special General Membership Meeting for proper and transparent voting.

These special assessments are for redecorating external walls and re-waterproofing roofs. It is clear, looking at the walls, that the original decoration was done poorly. These are rectification works that should be done at no cost to us. Regarding the roof waterproofing, there is only one reason that a roof needs to be completely re-waterproofed after just four or five years. That is, the original work was done poorly. These works should be done by the original contractor under warranty.
No transparency on the assessment made by the Condo Corp of Spring Residences. No consultation or proper info to the unit owners before imposing this special assessment . Spring Residences is not yet an old building to have this Special assessment. I have other Condo’s too in other project. But dont have special assessment like this. My unit here was turn over last 2 years ago only

I am signing since my unit has been turnedover last 2022 only. We are paying monthly condo dues which supposed to be used for other expenses for the building and fhe likes.
