5 January 2011 Written appeal statements due including petitions and individuals personal views to the Planning Inspectorate, either submit own written views or download the pre-written statement, link shown on right.
26 January 2011 Rebuttal Statements due
Inspectors Site Visit - TBC
Decision - TBC but expected March/April 2011

About time. The council building is a disgrace and a new one would actually help the local economy.
YES PLEASE. make it happen.
Finally some decent facilities for the kids. My daughter has nowhere to go after school and this would be perfect.
Need this! Getting an appointment at my doctors is a nightmare and moving them into a proper center makes total sense for everyone.
Keep the town alive. We need more than just empty shops and charity stores on the high street.

Whitley Bay is dying and this is exactly what we need to get people back in the shops. stop dragging your feet and get it built.
