The local board is stalling on our application while our current facilities rot. I am sick of the red tape and excuses from the people who are supposed to represent this village. We are keeping the pressure on until they stop ignoring the obvious need for a functional meeting space.

The local council cannot keep ignoring our demand for a functional village hall now that this momentum has become impossible for them to dismiss. We are holding them accountable to the people of Westbury who have finally had enough of their stalling tactics.

The cricket pavilion is the community focal point for all social events. With the loss of so many village community facilities this would be a welcome change for the better.
I will have a 'birds eye' view of this new build and fully support the efforts of all those fighting for it.
we need a new facility for the WHOLE community. this new build will ensure community cohesion, fun, participation and above all a place to last
I have lived in the village for 19 years and the pavillion has always been central to it's vitaility and very well used. This project will be a real asset in taking the vilage forward for the loing term
This rebuild project will quite simply "transform lives" for local residents, old and young and improve and preserve their physical and mental well being as well as creating a joined up and thriving community for the future.
This new facility is a definite necessity for such an active and developing community as Westbury

For the past several years our son has been thoroughly enjoying the training with friends and coaching by wonderful voluteers at the Westbury Cricket Club. With the large number of children and parents involved and the many events that could move forward with a new Village Hall. We support the project to improve the quality of life on the green at Westbury.
