The Rock Valley College faculty has truly changed my life and made a tremendous positive impact on my life. I will stand with them all the way!

I have never seen a harder working group of professionals as the RVC Nursing staff. Give them commensurate pay for the life-long learning they must endure to teach a dynamic, ever-changing profession.

I also would like to thank our negotiating team for an awesome job. I know as nursing faculty, we do not teach at RVC for the money. We love our students and teaching them what we love. But we all deserve to be treated fairly and to feel respected as professionals by our Board while working at RVC.

I support all of the faculty at RVC without whom my college journey would have ended before it even began!

A meaningful and useful education happens at the interface of a gifted teacher and an willing learner. That is what RVC is about. It's time to show that our community supports both by paying the faculty in accordance with their gifts and commitment to a willing student body.
