The message hit my inbox this morning that they are finally bringing the fibre line into Chase Meadows. It has been a long and draining fight to get anyone to listen but we honestly pulled it off. Stay alert until the work is finished because I will be watching their …

We the residents of Chase Meadows development are appalled that this development was allowed to be built with such poor broadband provision! Most properties can only receive 1Mbs

We demand that BT and BT Open reach immediately start the process of connecting this development onto the existing fibre network which passes within 10m of the development at Tapping Way where standard broadband is available to 17Mb and Fibre is available up to 76Mb

The responses from the service providers remain dismissive and frustrating. I am spending my evenings drafting formal complaints to regulators because waiting for them to act on their own is not working.

Reaching this milestone feels heavy because it confirms so many of us are trapped in the same digital isolation. I am exhausted by the constant dead ends but seeing this level of frustration across our neighborhood reminds me why I started this.

This needs sorting asap, my older children are unable to do simple homework tasks because of this.. The past few weeks it's seemed to have got a lot worse!

I work primarily from home and am working longer hours due to poor connectivity speeds, this is not right. Currently I have taken the measure of removing the face plate from my BT Socket and plugging my cable direct to source as this has reduced line static and got me to 3mb connections.

it's disgusting that neither BT nor Virgin have done anything for this estate even after 2 years. Why did the council even allow the builders to build new houses without fiber connections ? lack of .... ?

Rachel, you must of read my mind!!! It's not 24 hours since having yet another rant with BT demanding when are the dates for the upgrade happening!! Been here a year and suffered first 4 months with no connection trying run a business from home. Now a pathetic 1.3mb speed at best.

I cannot move in with my boyfriend who lives in Whitman Way because the slow broadband means I can't work from home. This is ridculous when fibre broadband passes so close to the house anyway.

Live at 26 Whitman Way CV34 6TX. Complained 12 months ago to BT and Openreach and 12 months later still no improvement although I have logged my complaint once more. Can not believe living in the middle of Warwick my download speed is 0.77!! The dark ages!!!

Very poor. Companies going for subsidies available in rural areas but forgetting urban areas. There isn't even a lot of infrastructure that would need adding.
