We the undersigned call on Wirral Council and BT to upgrade the internet offering to the rural parts of Clatterbridge Ward, Wirral. Although the telephone exchanges have been upgraded to fibre technology, the current setup does not provide this service to our area. This makes modern features of the internet such as streaming, voice over IP (Skype, etc), and business usage impossible. We want to see all areas of Clatterbridge connected to a high-speed facility, and for everyone to be included in the 21st Century.
