I am done waiting for British Telecom to pull their weight while our businesses and homes suffer with this pathetic excuse for a connection. I have been burning up the phone lines demanding answers from these people but they continue to offer nothing but excuses and silence. We are not going anywhere until they actually upgrade the infrastructure at the Turgis Green exchange.

The momentum behind this petition proves that we are through with being ignored by British Telecom. They have been laughing at us for too long while we suffer through this pathetic service. This is just the beginning of holding them accountable for their failure to provide basic internet access.

Please upgrade the exchange. The service is constantly dropping out and it is impossible to get any work done at home.
Absolute joke. Can barely load a webpage half the time and we pay full price for this rubbish.
Fix the lines! We are paying for fibre speeds and getting dial up performance. Total rip off.
Living in 2016 and getting speeds like it is 1999 is just pathetic. Sort it out BT.
My business relies on a stable connection and this is costing me money every single day. Utterly fed up.

Need more options here. Stuck with bad internet because there is literally no one else to switch to. Ridiculous.
