Very poor. Companies going for subsidies available in rural areas but forgetting urban areas. There isn't even a lot of infrastructure that would need adding.

Just ridiculous that for a new development that we are stuck with inadequate broadband service. The current service does not fulfil our requirements.

For such a small country with such a large population (i.e. Tax base) the infrastructure is woeful - Mainly because councils are happy to take the tax from the new houses but refuse to hold the developers accountable for proper future proof infrastructure. The irony of this is that it's user pays infrastructure that can be leased to several companies for a medium to long term profit. Seriously, just sort it out.

Been here 4 years now and BT Infinity was promised within the 1st year of moving here. Exchange is enabled so why not to my house?

Broadband should be the most advanced on a fairly new estate like chase meadow. This kind of infrastructure should be already installed when all new houses are built .

I live on Thomas Hardy Way and get between 0.9-1.7mb/s which impacts my ability to work from home, this is not acceptable in a modern housing development.

My broadband has been appalling since moving in 6 years ago. In this day and age it's ridiculous that I pay for a service which fails regularly!
