Subject: Grievance against Simble Watch Company and

Dear Sir, Dear Madam,

We, here undersigned, are contacting you today to request your support in getting a satisfactory solution from the crowdfunding online platform (965 Mission Street, 6th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States), to the grievance that we all share against Simble Watch Company, which project has been published on Indiegogo’s website since 5th September 2017.

We have all paid on Indiegogo’s website to order Simble Smartwatches, which were supposed to be delivered starting in December 2017. Yet, to this day, none of the 350 backers, including us, have received the items that we have ordered and paid for, even if the project has been funded at 1080% and has raised more than $359,000.

In addition, Simble Watch Company has failed to post any update on their project or to reply to backers inquiries about a possible future delivery.

This constitutes a breach of contract, which is why we are all requesting a complete refund either from Simble Watch Company or from Indiegogo. This also constitute a breach of the Indiegogo’s guidelines, to which companies commit when they publish a fundraising campaign on this website.

We have complained to Indiegogo about this problem, but they have failed to take any measures or sanctions, despite the “Trust & Safety” processes that they have implemented to protect customers and which they advertise on their website.

We even raised our concern about that the fact that this campaign, which has violated all Indiegogo’s guidelines, could be a fraud. And yet Indiegogo has failed to take any action to protect their customers. This campaign is currently still online, thus allowing other customers to buy products that they will never receive.

Finally, Indiegogo has ceased to reply to the messages that we have posted or sent, and/or has failed to propose any solution to our problem.
