Communications and total lack of transparency make me think they are hiding some major failures or even fraud. Took money and didn’t deliver. Need to take responsibility and face the music or deliver. Pretty simple. Had plenty of time.
Picture shown/advertising led to the belief that the product is in its final stage of development. But to contrary to this, current updates show that this is not true. They do not have a final prototype & are still coming up with what looks like a basic alpha model.
I paid for two watches. It is clear that this is now a scam and will not measure hydration in any way. Kickstarter must know that this is a dubious project by now and do nothing. This project is damaging kickstarter as much as it is damaging BSX.
I got my credit card refund, guys! Keeping working the chargeback process if you can. I can no longer comment on Kickstarter as I'm no longer a Backer, but will follow along and help how I can outside that platform.
I would prefer to have my money refunded at this juncture, as in the time since pledging to back this concept, my wife and I I have had TWO CHILDREN... I consider myself a very patient person, but I have my limits.

Never received refund even after completing the survey in Nov 2020.

From the git they oversold and have delivered NOTHING. In fact it appears as if the money raised on kickstarter was used to fund efforts for the "company" to be bought out by a larger firm. And then abandoned all effort to deliver what was promised. Sad day really
