We, MHR Builders/Stavitel Group, recently paid a flyer distribution company to print and distribute 54,000 promotional flyers around the Melbourne suburbs of:
Werribee, Point Cook, Seabrook, Seaholme, Altona North, Altona, Altona Meadows, Williamstown, Kingsville, Seddon, Tottenham, Newport, Brooklyn, South Kingsville and Yarraville.
The company has stated that the flyers were distributed from the 6th to 10th of March however we have not received proof that this has happened. Many of our friends, co-workers, subcontractors and family reside in these areas and have not received a promotional flyer.
Being a local, small company based in Werribee we rely heavily on local advertising strategies such as word of mouth, physical signs and flyers. To think a distribution company would make empty promises that affect our business negatively impacts our livelihood.
This is where we'd like to ask for your help - Do you live in the above mentioned suburbs? Have you received any of our promotional material in the mail from the 6th-10th of March? If not, please sign our petition. Our petition will prove to both the distribution company and our legal team that the contracted and paid for works were not carried out.
If you are able to - please help our small construction company get our money back!
Please forward to anyone you know that lives in any of these areas that can also confirm that they have not received any flyers.

I honestly did not think so many people would notice this but seeing all these names from Werribee and Altona and beyond makes me feel like we might actually get somewhere with the legal side of this. It feels good to know I am not the only one annoyed by these empty promises especially when my friends and family are backing me up on this one.

Altona North resident here. My letterbox has been empty all week. Shocking service.
Live in Point Cook and check the mail everyday. Definitely nothing from these guys in March.
Yarraville checking in. Nothin here. They obviously just dumped them in a bin somewhere!!
Altona meadows 3028 have never received any pamphlet, brochure etc concerning this business
No flyer received at my home in Wyndham Vale.
