This petition was made to get an idea of those in suppression who DISAGREE on NEW FIRE ENGINES being ordered WITHOUT AN AIR PACK IN THE CAB OF THE ENGINE.
PLEASE SIGN IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THE AIR PACKS BEING PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE CAB IN A COMPARTMENT.
How did this pass without a TRIAL PERIOD like everything else that has such a large impact on how we operate...
This petition is not against the clean cab concept, but how it is being implemented. Old engines should be retrofitted for a trial period before the purchase of a new fire engine.
