I have been hearing from so many of you who feel lost in these current negotiations. My days are spent digging through the fine print to ensure our distinct needs are not buried under the majority rules. I am still pushing for that separate vote because our unique working conditions deserve to be acknowledged on their own terms.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only one feeling silenced by a system that ignores our unique needs. The momentum building here shows that our fight for a separate vote is truly gaining traction among my colleagues.

Finally someone said it. our roles are completely different from the rest and we shouldnt be lumped in with everyone else.
How is this even legal?? We need our own separate vote to be treated fairly.
Fix this now.
This voting system is just rigged against us. Total joke.
Give us a fair go. We work under totally different conditions and our voice is getting drowned out.
