The feedback in my inbox has been relentless and honestly it feels like everyone is just sitting on their hands waiting for someone else to open the door. I am trying to talk to the reps but it feels like shouting into a void because nobody wants to acknowledge that we actually have a right to decide our own future here.

I really thought this might just fizzle out but the energy here is actually kind of overwhelming right now and it makes me feel like we might actually get a say in how this contract shakes out. I guess people are just as tired of being kept in the dark as I am so seeing all this movement makes me want to push even harder for that vote.

Enough is enough. It is our contract and we deserve the right to decide what happens with our own pay.
Total incompetence from leadership. give us the vote.
Dont understand why they wont let us have a say. This is all our future at stake.

We already know the details of the offer. Waiting any longer is just wasting time and making everyone frustrated.
