We, the following unit owners, ask for FULLY transparent elections at the upcoming General Meetings for both GH1 & GH2. We know that votes are weighted depending on the size of the unit owned, we also know that 3 of the current B.O.D. own a substantial chunk of the vote due to owning many, many units combined.
To be fully transparent, we ask that all proxies and attendance is counted BEFORE the election is held and all present at the meetings are made fully aware of the exact % of the vote that, Gibson Yu, Daniel Terence Yu and Nelly Yu (all current Board Members) hold.
We also ask the % of the votes that are held by Gibson Yu, The President of the B.O.D, is holding as proxy, is also made known. We ask this to illustrate how much of the election process is really up to the unit owners, or more specifically, the three B.O.D.'s mentioned.
Since elections cannot be held until 51% of attendance is reached, then if the 3 board members combined hold 26% of the TOTAL unit owners votes, (which is very possible) the election has already been decided by these 3 people alone. We ask for this to be made fully transparent BEFORE any unit owners cast their vote.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only one exhausted by the lack of clarity in these elections. It is a long road ahead to get the board to listen but this momentum tells me we still have a path forward.

Fix the proxy mess. We are sick of the board hoarding all the control for themselves. Unit 4c.
The "bastos" handling of the subcommittee on members concerns is the last straw. To appoint a committee head, have people do time consuming work, only to ignore their existence in the end, and then trivialize the matter as a "misunderstanding" is beyond rude.
The BOD of hamptons have a huge conflict of interest. some still dodge their obligation with regard to the debunked BYO scheme.
Enough with the secrecy. We deserve to know exactly how much power these few individuals hold before we even walk into that room. GH1 needs change now.
Please provide disclosure of percentage of vote proxies and transparancency of BOD. Unit 12f GH 2
