This will NOT be shown to your managers. It is solely for the purpose of getting a count of how many in the plant want to unionize so that we can be covered under the NLRB's protections and begin an election.
Remember, for the election to win in favor of the union, we need 50%+1. Half the plant plus at least one vote.
I have been hearing from so many of you about the constant pressure on the floor and the need for real protection. Every conversation I have confirms that we are tired of feeling like we have no say in our own workplace.

Seeing this kind of movement in the breakroom and online proves that we are finally ready to demand the respect we deserve. The fear that kept us quiet for so long is fading because we are choosing to protect each other.
