Hello Fellow Member Outreach Specialists,
In order to have the card count reexamined and push for a Secret Ballot as an option, the NLRB is asking us to collect a signed petition. Please sign the attached petition asking Kaiser Permanente to verify each vote. Now is the time to make your voice heard and take a final stance as time is critical.
If proven that the majority of our colleagues truly want to be unionized, SCH will unite with the majority and turn our efforts towards preserving as many of the wonderful benefits we currently have.

Kaiser is finally starting to feel the heat from this movement. We have reached a point where they can no longer pretend we are invisible.

I would like there to be a "Secret Ballot" so that it will be fair and transparent. Thank you.
Please allow us a secret ballot. This is the only way it would be fair to both sides. A partnership is only true when both sides work together in fairness and transparency. Thank you.
