We, being residents of the Diamondhead Mississippi Community, object to the incorporation of the City of Diamondhead and we object to another unnecessary layer of Government, more taxes, and therefore wish to be excluded from the City of Diamondhead. Also we demand that the State of Mississippi revoke the Incorporation of Diamondhead Mississippi and cancel any actions taken by the City from the date of Incorporation forward. We also want the Incorporation committe to return to the Diamondhead POA the money they illegally used to finance the incorporation. (this amount is in excess of $85,000.00).
