I have been reviewing the concerns many of you have submitted regarding the fiscal implications of this bond issuance. These points are currently being organized into a formal document to present to the City Council. Further information regarding the next meeting of the governing body will be provided here as it becomes available.

I don't see how this is really a valid, legit, legal petition for this situation really,,, what's the money for? Who gets the donated monies and what is it for? Again, I'm thinking this through to try to come up with something before Monday

I'm not sure how valid this would be without written out SIGNED SIGNATURES? EVEN tho I know many documents I've done in this manner that were legal,, I'm going to work on getting this together and maybe go to people for signatures, maybe a place people can just stop by outside and sign the paper? Thinking it out
