We, the members of this team, all have an equal say in the decision making of this organization. Your current president has decided to forego and make decisions without board approval that do not exemplify the best interest of the team. This is not the first instance that he has done this. This is the precedent currently in place when a president acts out of order and takes drastic action that does not encompass what the team believes is the best way to move forward. The reasons as to why we have decided to create this petition to remove your current president, Byrnes Tatford, is as follows:

• He has repeatedly made decisions without board approval that have negatively affected this organization.
• Decisions that he has made have put this team in financial debt.
• His personal differences with members associated with this organization has led him to make decisions that do not reflect the best interest of the team.

I have been asked to construct a petition to remove Byrnes as president of this organization. Should you feel the same, sign the petition in order to say that you agree with said action. All signatures will remain anonymous and will be a tally vote. Should we get a minimum of 22 signatures (22 signatures being a two-thirds majority of our current roster), we will remove Byrnes as president and Kyle Manning will serve as interim-president until we meet in the beginning of January. At said meeting, a team vote will take place in order to determine who will serve as president of this organization for the remainder of the season.
