In accordance with Article VI p. 2 of the By-laws, we the undersigned (include ID#) are calling for a special meeting. Under Article VI p. 9 of the By-laws the purpose of the meeting will be to remove Sgt. Mark Lynch as SPAM President by a 2/3 vote of the members present. If the vote is successful we will be requesting a special election for SPAM President at the earliest possible time.
This petition is being circulated due to the lack of action by the SPAM President in matters related to the membership. It is the responsibility of the President to act on behalf of the membership, keep the membership informed and work with the administration on work related matters. This has not been happening.

I have been hearing from so many of you about the frustrations you are feeling regarding the lack of communication from leadership. It is truly humbling to see how many people felt the need to speak up about these standard expectations for our organization.

I say we vote Pat McNamara in as the new SPAM Pres. We’ll never see equal wage under the current regime. Reach out to anyone you can and support the movement.
Just so everyone is aware on this petition that the quinn is never coming back. Coming from someone that doesn’t have it. #3499
We need proper representation and equal pay now! We need Someone who is willing to fight for the members of this Union. We need to protect the benefits of those members so that they may continue to be enjoyed. What we do or don’t do now will impact future generations to come. The time has come for new leadership to step up so that we may build a lasting legacy and put behind the corrupt bureaucracy that has us in this position of uncertainty!
What have You done for the Membership? The job is in shambles. I have never seen Morale so bad. Come out of the darkness and be visible to the membership.
Sgt. Lynch should tender his resignation! And make it easy for all so we can get on with the business of a special election!
