Petition for the Removal and Replacement of President of the Board of Directors, Changkuan Yu, at Las Terrazas in Vizcaya

We, the undersigned members of the Las Terrazas community in Vizcaya, hereby initiate this petition to express our collective intent to remove Mr. Changkuan Yu from his position as President of the Board of Directors. 3. **Management and Operational Discrepancies:** There have been several management issues that question the efficacy and decision-making of the current president, affecting both the short-term and long-term interests of our community.

Our goal is to ensure that the Las Terrazas community is led by individuals who are committed to transparency, responsiveness, and effective governance. We propose to replace Mr. Changkuan Yu with a leader who upholds these values and is dedicated to the collective interests and improvement of our community.
