TO British Telecom and other unbundled broadband suppliers. As a resident / business served by the Turgis Green exchange, we are extremely unhappy about the quality, stability and speed of the broadband service provided by British Telecom. We request that BT make the required improvements to their infrastructure, both in the exchange and up to the premises. We ask them to provide their customers with a quality of service that we would expect. In addition to this we would request that another broadband supplier provide an unbundled option within this exchange.
