It is a relief to see our collective concerns lead to a tangible commitment for safer communication in Timnath. We will remain observant as these improvements are implemented.

Cell phone service use to be a luxury. Land lines used to be the norm. Now most homes don’t even have land lines. We are dependent on cell phone service to communicate with our family and friends, but more importantly to communicate with our children, our schools and our emergency response services. The Town of Timnath, Colorado is experiencing significant Verizon service failures that can endanger our residents and impact our businesses. We are petitioning Verizon Wireless to take our concerns seriously and work toward service improvements that do not involve extra cost for individual homes such as boosters but rather address the issue head-on. The attached map that encircles Timnath illustrates that large neighborhoods have either weak signal or large areas that have no data collected. We are rapidly growing, and this lack of service will only worsen with new residents. We do not have a land line and my phone service is unreliable. I often work from home and it drops calls in the middle of meetings and recently I had a call from school regarding my kids and I couldn't call them back.
This is much needed. It is unsafe for people who rely primarily on cell service to have spotty coverage. This could leave you unable to get a signal in an emergency, not only at home but in neighborhood parks with children.
We have Verizon for our wireless phones and the reception in our house is bad - we basically can't take or make phone calls. We turned on wifi phone with no improvement. We have had to get a landline out of frustration and concern for our safety. Please fix this.
I’ve always had great service with Verizon. After moving to West Village in Timnath Ranch, my service has been very spotty and I’ve actually dropped calls. I use my phone for work very regularly, so if Verizon could fix this it would be very helpful.
Horrible service with brand new cell phones! Constantly dropping calls at our house. We call Three Bell and Harmony the intersection of nothingness because we can't get service through the intersection. Please help fix this!

Moved from Fort Collins to the Timnath area and DO NOT get any service with Verizon. I can’t work from home now because of it...

Timnath Ranch resident for 5 years, and our cell carrier has been, and remains, Verizon. Since 2013, signal strength and coverage in our area has been marginal to poor, and seems to be getting worse.
