I sit at my kitchen table located next to my slider door and calls are dropped! I have to go outside to talk. It’s ridiculous and very frustrating. I have kids that stay home while I’m at work (they’re teens) but what if they needed to make an emergency call? We have no land line like most residents these days.

Timnath Ranch resident for 5 years, and our cell carrier has been, and remains, Verizon. Since 2013, signal strength and coverage in our area has been marginal to poor, and seems to be getting worse.

"This is the first we’re learning of reported issues in Timnath," spokesperson Meagan Dorsch wrote in an email.” REALLY? I’ve called several times in the past two years and they give me the runaround telling me I need to reboot my phone and other basics. Then they want me to keep a log of the areas I am in when it is dropping calls and gives poor reception. That’s their job!

Coverage is terrible in the entire SE area of Fort Collins, Timnath and Windsor. Has been reported to Verizon many times so no excuse that they don’t know about this.

Verizon says the are unaware of issue? Why did they send me a free network extender last month if everything was fine. Service is very poor in the area... please work to improve!

I use Sprint as my carrier but all cell phone carriers need to be proactive by providing service to all customers, regardless of where they live.

Something needs to be done with service in Windsor as well. Use to have really good cell signal, now its awful. Nothing like having to bundle up to go outside in freezing weather trying to find a signal. We need more towers.

We moved here last September from Southwest Fort Collins, where we never had service issues. Now we experience failed calls and calls that drop in and out on a daily basis, numerous times a day. It is extremely frustrating.

I live near Timnath in Windor and the service is crap all around here. Thinking about cancelling with them and moving to another cellular provider.

My reception at the house is low, but no issues getting out. Regularly drop calls in the area of E Harmony from Three Bell to Club Dr. Also drop a lot of calls near Bethke along School House Dr.

Parkwood East has limited Verizon service in fort collins also and they have done nothing to fix it. If we had an emergency we would not be able to reach 911. it is so frustrating.
