Petition to Verizon for updating Mobile coverage area in Oakland Township, Michigan
Dear Verizon Management,
We live in Oakland Township and surrounding areas of Michigan, who have had issue with Verizon mobile access for past several months and years. It is very frustrating to get disconnected while talking to someone while you are driving in this area. Also the quality of call suddenly goes down as you enter this area from other neighboring areas.
Please install additional mobile tower and/or other software/hardware solutions to solve the issue of poor quality of Verizon mobile access in several neibhourhoods of Oakland Township.

I really never expected to see this kind of response when I first put this request together. The momentum here belongs entirely to you for speaking up about the constant dropped calls and dead zones we have all been dealing with.

I live one and one half miles from the cell tower. According to the tower service map, we live in an area that does not have a signal directed in our direction. Please improve the service or reduce our monthly billing rate.
I have been Verizon customer for last 14 years just for the reason that you have better coverage across US but now am struggling with the no coverage issue . Please rectify my problem as I am not able to even be on call while am driving in Michigan …
5 minutes from a city of 74,000 people and get such poor cell service, you'd think we lived in a third world county. Extreme rural parts of Michigan have better Verizon service than us in Oakland Township.
Service in the area is terrible! Calls and texts don’t go through to my kids unless they are on a friend’s hotspot or wifi. That means when they are riding bikes between houses they have zero service. Both instances basically cancel the reason I want my kids to have a phone.
Very disappointed to lose work calls while driving and to not be able to use Waza or other mapping programs in my own driveway. Have to wait til on lapeer road to set them up as that is when I first get decent enough service.
And fix it in Rochester Hills as well!
THE WORST SERVICE RECEPTION AND THAT WAS WHY WE HAD TO CHANGE CARRIERS .

Zero cell phone signal in our sub (just north of Gun, west of Adams), literally a half mile from a major Rochester school (Delta Kelly), so not at all in a remote area. Very frustrating.
