The city finally granted us the permit. It has been a long and draining road to get these doors open but we have officially cleared the final hurdle. We have a lot of work ahead to get the space ready for our first show.

We are currently in the process of trying to open an All-Ages Music Venue in Redding,Ca. This Venue will consist of a place where all music lovers can go and enjoy listening to your favorite artists and enjoying a great show and employee between 10-30 out of work people in our communuty. Yes, we will be booking national touring bands i.e. Set Your Goals, Unwritten Law, The Devil Wears Prada, Cobra Starship, AFI for example and of course any of the local bands. We couldn't do it with out the local Redding/Chico, Ca bands support. So please sign this petition so we can go forth with our plan and get the City of Redding to approve it. Thank You for your support, theArk Music Venue myspace.com/thearkmusicvenue

Moving toward two hundred fifty signatures has been draining work but the city needs to see that we are serious about this venue. Please send this link to those who want to see live music return to our town because we cannot afford to lose momentum now.

Local bands need a stage. Redding has too much talent to keep playing in garages.

Redding needs this so bad. Tired of driving all the way to Sac just to see a decent band play.
