Area doesn't want. Busy enough. Want to keep some Area beautiful with nature for the community. Stop over crowding our community.
why not build in an area zoned for commercial use? Do not allow this to happen here or any R-100 prpperty in Stonecrest. I am admently opposed to this request in my city.
We do not want this area rezone. Please leave the area as residential. They can build anywhere else with available commercial land in the City of Stonecrest.
There's already more than enough gas stations in the area. Focus on business to improve the area not bring it down.
This is a residential area and needs to stay that way. No one wants commercial properties directly behind their houses.
Please do not rezone, let it remain single family residential. Thank you

No. Please revisit improving our infrastructure! Streets need widening, sidewalks and crosswalks need to be added leading from subdivisions to public schools. No more liquor stores and gas stations!!!
