Zoning that supports high quality investment, such as that proposed by Kemp Stonecrest, will be a catalyst for economic growth and vitality for South Dekalb.
I support any project that will uplift the image, products and services of South Dekalb.
This is a visionary and high quality project that will transform the area and be an economic catalyst in attracting the type of investment we want and deserve in our neighborhood.
I believe this is absolutely necessary for the future of real estate and humanity.
This development will keep our community upscale and will lead the way for future developments to maintain an upscale atmosphere.
I will love to see more upscale establishments in my cumminity

I'm all for this development as a REALTOR that wants to make Stonecrest a premiere destination for families and young professionals that are nature enthusiasts and appreciate the naturescape of our beautiful community. Development such as the Kemp of Stonecrest will attract the kind of neighbors and economic development we all want to see in our city.
